Proactively executes integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of financial institution customers. Develops new-to-bank business relationships, as well as cross-marketing fulfillment for financial institution clients to achieve the branch's liability figures, through sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and maximize operating capabilities and profitability for branch.
Manage the relationship between ABCNY and Financial Institutions; ensure overall client satisfaction, timely responses to client request.
" Actively build new business relationships with financial institutions, assessing customer needs and advising on appropriate financial solutions, with a focus on syndicated, bilateral loan and trade finance.
" Expand business opportunities and maximize revenue by deepening relationships with the branch's existing portfolio of financial institution customers ;
" Cross selling the branch's deposit, CD, US dollar clearing business with financial institutions with target set by branch's management;
" Analyze competitors, benchmarks and local market trends in order to effectively contribute to the development of competitive business development strategies and product offerings.
" Identify opportunities for strategic alliance with the FIs
" Ensure that the financial institutions' activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, governmental regulations, including KYC, AML, set up customer ID for financial institution customers;
" Manage the underwriting of syndicated and bilateral loans with a focus on financial institution customers, conducting the necessary company and industry assessments and identification of risks to ensure sound investments.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or other business related field.
" Typically requires 5 years relevant industry experience (e.g. global correspondent banking or corporate banking relationship management with financial institutions)
" Demonstrates strong knowledge of corporate banking products.
" Successful completion of required annual Branch BSA/AML training.
" Good organizational and general management skills.
" Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
" Strong business problem solving skills with strong customer orientation.
" Understands market dynamics and trends that affect the business.

Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
