This is accomplished through our knowledge of the marketplace, our proprietary database, our contact network of expert professionals, in-depth industry research and in some cases, advertising. We then carefully reduce that list of candidates to those few who prove to be your best candidates. Our interviewing process is both intense and discerning. You will receive resumes only for those candidates that have passed our expert review.
Supporting Your Hiring Position
We ensure that both you and the candidate reach an offer of mutual acceptance. Once you have decided upon a candidate, we will assist you in creating and negotiating the offering package. At Salem Executive Search, we believe the success of a placement is dependent on both the client and the candidate feeling that they are right for one another. On request, we verify references, employment histories, and academic credentials for candidates under serious consideration.
